Fundus Fluorescein Angiographic Patterns In Central Serous Chorioretinopathy

Gazi Üniv. Tıp Fak. Göz Hast AD. Fundus fluorescein angiographies of 48 eyes of 40 patients with diagnosis of central serous chorioretinopathy are reviewed. In subjects with serous detachment, the leaking sites are found to be focal in 47.5 %, multifocal in 52.5 % of the cases. Shape of the leakage is spot-like in 66 % of the cases. Site of the leakage is foveal in 32 % and paramacular in 11 % of the cases. Different angiographical patterns that can be seen in cases with chronic progression like retinal pigment epithelial defects, decompensation and cystoid macular edema are also reviewed.
