Choroidal nevascularization due to IJRT was diagnosed during the follow-up. The patient underwent 3 times intravitreal ranibizumab injection monthly. In this case report we studied the importance of different imaging techniques for macular evaluation in treatment and prognosis of choroidal neovascularization due to group 2A idiopathic juxtafoveal retinal telangiectasis.
