The basic pathology of the disease is incomplete vascularization of the peripheral retina. Avascular zones of the peripheral retina, are most common ,and peripheral neovascularization, subretinal and intraretinal exudation, vitreous traction, heterotopia of the macula, tractions of retinal vessels and retinal detachments can be observed in these cases. We presented a Familial Exudative Vitreoretinopathy case with asymmetric involvement and the treatment. Keywords : Familial exudative vitreoretinopathy, retinal dystrophy
