Ocular manifes¬tation is often asymptomatic. Hematolojic diseases effect all the structures of the eye and in most cases the conjunctiva and retina are involved. Although the ophthalmological findings are the first presenting symptom of the disease sometimes ophthalmologic findings may be seen while oculer examination of the patients diagnosed with hematological disorders . The diagnosis can be difficult especially when the ocular manifes¬tation represents the first symptoms. In this rewiev, eye changes that occured in hematologic diseases are systematicly eveluated.
