It usually results from an active infection, hypersensitivity, or immunological response to an aseptic reaction. Our case was admitted with low vision. Ultrasonography revealed a choroidal granuloma in the left eye and a cavitary lesion in the left posterior segment. Eye symptoms resolved with the treatment of tuberculous meningitis. In countries where the incidence of tuberculosis is high, tuberculous meningitis and ocular tuberculosis should be considered in the differential diagnosis of meningitis and/or eye symptoms. Early diagnosis and treatment is also critical in these patients. Furthermore, it should be kept in mind that systemic treatment of tuberculosis may result in regressed ocular lesions without any need for adjuvant therapy.
