A 14-year-old girl was referred to our clinic for severe right visual loss. Fundus examination showed a papilledema with macular stellate exudates. Bartonella henselae immunoglobulin G testing was positive. Four weeks of antibiotic therapy combining oral doxycycline and rifampicin led to resolution of the neuroretinitis and improvement in visual acuity. This report reminds that B. henselae infection can be the cause of neuroretinitis. Its prognosis can be improved by early treatment. Keywords : Bartonella henselae, neuroretinitis, papilledema
