The morning glory optic disc anomaly, likened to the flower for which it was named consist of an enlarged optic disc with a central core of white fibroglial tissue, unusually straightened vessels existing from the edge rather than the center of the optic disc, and a surrounding ring of lightly pigmented subretinal tissue. Previous reports of computed tomographic (CT) findings in colobomas and morning glory syndrome are few . We present CT findings of one case which likes this rare syndrome.
