A 89-year-old woman presented with decreased visual acuity in the left eye. Ophthalmoscopy, fl uorescein angiography and optical coherence tomography revealed retinal arterial macroaneurysm, macular exudation, and subretinal fl uid in the left eye. In our case, intravitreal afl ibercept injection was administered as treatment. Anatomical, and functional improvement was achieved and no other complications were observed in follow-up period.
