Impending Central Retinal Vein Occlusion and Cilioretinal Artery Occlusion in a Pediatric Case with MTHFR A1298C Heterozygous Polymorphism and ANA Positivity

5Prof. Dr., Pamukkale University, Department Of Pediatrics, Denizli, Türkiye A 13-year-old boy presented with impending central retinal venous occlusion followed by ciliary artery occlusion and vitreous hemorrhage. A detailed systemic investigation revealed ANA positivity and heterozygote polymorphism in MTHFR A1298C.Visual acuity immediately improved after starting topical anti-glaucomatous treatment for impending central retinal venous occlusion and remained at 1.0 during the 6-month follow-up.
