Case Report: We determined blurring of the optic disc margins in our patient, during routine examination of eye. The appearence was similar with pseudopapilledema. Patient's computerized brain and orbital tomography and orbital ultrasonography was also in accord with optic disc drusen. We found similar inventions in five relatives of our case.
Discussion: Optic disc drusen is an important problem that it can be associated with several ocular and systemic pathologies and it can create confusion with true papilledema. A case have in blurring in the optic disc margins, practition should remember optic disc drusen and so prevent several unnecessary examination for differantial diagnosis. To inform the patient about this clinic problem, will make the treatment of possible complications easier.
