In 1973 Gass introduced a rare specific form of central serous chorioretinopathy in which multifocal involvement of retina pigment epithelial detachment accompanied by nonrhegmatogenous bullous neurosensorial retinal detachment. In the literature 36 similar cases are represented. In this paper, bilateral involvement of one case and differential diagnosis are discussed.
