Using indocyanine green angiography in 23 eyes of 16 patients the florescense characteristics of senile drusen their correlation with choroidal perfusion were investigated. Most senile drusen (%86) blocked choroidal indocyanine green fluorescence, only very small drusen could not be visualized using indocyanine green (%14).
