İ.Ü. Cerrahpaşa Tıp Fak. Göz Hastalıkları AD. This study includes 108 eyes of 54 cases with bilaterel drusen. Follow-up period ranged from 3 years to 5 years (mean 4.21 years). Mean age of the study group was 67.03 years. There were 48 eyes with soft drusen and 60 eyes with hard drusen During the follow-up period in 20 eyes (41.6%) with soft drusen and in 10 eyes (16.6%) with hard drusen developed exudative ag-related macular degeneration.
