Ocular Toxoplasmosis

Ocular toxoplasmosis is a major and preventable cause of severe visual loss and blindness in young people, It accounts for 30-50 % of all posterior uveitis. Congenital toxoplasmosis as well as toxoplasmosis in immuncomprimised patients, is as serious, sometimes fatal disease. In this article clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of ocular toxoplasmosis is discussed.
