Acute Bilateral Fulminant Behçet’s Uveitis and its Treatment

3Gazi Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Göz A.D., Ankara, Prof. Dr. A 14 years old boy was admitted to our clinic with a complaint of loss of visual acuity on both eyes for the last 1.5 years. It was learned that he had frequent attacks of uveitis and never had systemic treatment. After the systemic examination he was defined as incomplet Behçet’s Disease and was started on oral prednisolone (1mg/kg/day) and oral azathioprine (100mg/day). In this study, the management strategies in a case of Behçet’s Disease with fulminant panuveitis within a follow up period of 30 months.
