Malignant Hypertension Diagnosed with Ocular Findings

3Beyoğlu Göz Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi, Göz Kliniği, İstanbul, Prof. Dr. In this study, we present two young men who applied to our ophthalmology outpatient clinic with the complaints of decreased vision without any knowledge of any preexisting systemic illness and diagnosed with malignant hypertension. It is emphasized here the importance of fundus examination combined with the measurement of arterial blood pressure for prevention of vision loss and multisystem visceral damage without loss of time and source.
