In all patients acetazolamide was used as first line therapy, but non of the patients had an improvement in best corrected visual acuity or central foveal thickness. As second line therapy intravitreal ranibizumab was used, but no benefi ciary effects were observed with this treatment also. On the other hand after intravitreal dexamethasone implantation in two patients central foveal thickness decrease were observed. The single case who underwent vitrectomy also had visual improvement and central foveal thickness decrease. Keywords : Macular edema, retinitis pigmentosa, dexamethasone implant
