MULTIFOCAL TUBERCULOUS CHOROIDITIS

In ophthalmologic evaluation of a 36 year old female who attended our clinic with fatigue, weight loss, fever and neck stifness, revealed decreased visual acuity and diffuse bilateral multifocal choroiditis. Following systemic evaluation the patient was diagnosed as miliary tuberculosis and explored for ocular lesions, differential diagnosis and treatment.
