In this study, we present 7 eyes of 5 patients diagnosed with retinoschisis, clinical and imaging features, as well as treatment and follow-up outcomes. Two eyes of one patient was considered with congenital retinoschisis, six eyes of four patients was considered with degenerative (senile) retinoschisis. Patients were followed for an average 10-14 months. In view of the macula structure has benefited from the Optical coherence Tomography (OCT). Vitrectomy was performed in two patients anatomical and functional structure of the macula affected. We have concluded that, following-up for the patients anatomical and functional structure of the macula unaffected is sufficient, however vitrectomy benefits the patients anatomical and functional structure of the macula affected.
